How does it work?​
JD Valet Trash is committed to excellence, which is why we have perfected our doorstep trash collection service. On designated nights our valets will come in and ensure trash and recyclables are properly disposed of and taken care of. We strive to help keep our properties clean and help our environment by properly disposing of waste.

Prep your trash!

Prepare your trash by tying your bags securely and double-bagging any that are ripped. If you're disposing of pet waste, please double-bag it as well. For safety reasons, avoid placing loose, sharp, or broken items in the bin. Thank you for your cooperation.

Place trash bags in the bin

Please place trash bags in the provided 13-gallon bin and set it outside your apartment door. You can place all recyclable items next to the bin. If you're unsure whether an item is recyclable, just leave it out, and we will dispose of it properly. Thank you

We take your trash to the container

On service days, our JD Valet Trash experts will collect residents' bags from the bins during designated collection hours. Our valets will ensure that all bagged trash and recyclables are taken to the appropriate dumpster or bulk collection area.

JD Valet Trash App

At JD Valet Trash, we are committed to excellence, which is why we’ve developed an app to enhance our service!
On service days, a team member will send notifications upon arriving and departing from the property. This keeps residents informed about the status of the service and ensures that trash is set out and ready for collection.
Our trash valets will make multiple trips around the property to collect all trash and recyclables. Residents can also communicate any issues directly to the valets.
When our team members are leaving the complex, they will send a notification, allowing residents to bring their bins back inside.

Move in/out Cleaning​

We specialize in the finer details that will make the home you’re moving out of look brand new again. We provide deep cleanings services to every inch of your home so you can feel good about leaving it in our hands.

  • Clean the oven and the stovetop
  • Clean the inside, top, front and sides of the refrigerator.
  • Clean the dishwasher inside and out.
  • Clean the microwave inside and out.
  • Wet wipe inside and outside of kitchen cabinets.
  • Remove dust and wipe the pantry shelves.
  • Sweep and mop all of the floors
  • Vacuum all of the carpeted areas.
  • General dusting

  • Clean and disinfect the bathroom tile, tubs, shower doors, toilets, sinks and counter tops.

  • Collect and dispose of all trash to your trash bin (3 bags of garbage included).
  • Cobweb removal
  • Dust all ceiling fans, air vents and blinds.
  • Wet wipe open shelves, inside of cabinet shelves and inside of drawers.
  • Dust baseboards, door facings, frames and window sills.
  • Clean mirrors and glass shelves or cabinet doors.
